〇〇大学、〇〇学部、3年の○○です。〇〇大学では、主に国際経営論について学んでいました。具体的には、海外進出している日本企業の戦略について自ら考え、発表するという過程について学んでいました。現在、海外の大学で、ビジネスマネージメントについて学んでいます。本日は短いお時間ですが、私の貴社への熱意をお伝えできればいいなと思っています。

私が貴社を志望する理由は、IPを活用したグローバル戦略に貢献し、eスポーツを通じてスポーツ全体を盛り上げたいと考えているからです。貴社を知ったきっかけは、幼い頃からプレイしてきたeFootball™であり、留学を通じてその影響力の大きさを実感しました。しかし、海外市場ではまだ十分に浸透していない部分もあり、eFootball™を通じて新たなサッカーファンを生み出し、リアルスポーツとの相乗効果を生み出したいと考えるようになりました。

Hi, thank you for having me today. My name is [名前], a third-year student at 〇〇 University. At 〇〇 University, I primarily studied international business, focusing on the strategies of Japanese companies expanding overseas. I learned by analyzing and presenting my thoughts on these strategies. Now, I am studying business management at a university abroad. Although our time is short today, I hope to share my strong interest in your company.

I want to work for your company because I am passionate about using IP to help expand your global strategy and grow the sports world through eSports. I first became familiar with your company through eFootball™, a game I’ve played since I was young. During my time studying abroad, I saw how influential the game is. However, I believe it hasn’t yet reached its full potential in overseas markets, and I want to help create new soccer fans through eFootball™ and bring benefits to real-world sports as well. At 〇〇 University, I studied marketing in English and focused on how Japanese companies expand globally. My study abroad experience helped me understand the importance of how entertainment is accepted in different cultures and the need for localization strategies. I hope to use these skills to create marketing plans based on market research and data, and contribute to the growth of eSports internationally.

③今までの海外経験について英語で説明してください。

I did an internship at a Japanese restaurant as a waitress. However, my tipping rate was lower than other staff, and I was ranked second-to-last. To improve this, I focused on two things. First, I worked on my English. I had trouble with the local accent, so I asked my friends for help. They taught me the accent and speaking style, which helped me communicate better with customers. Second, I practiced personalized customer service. I started talking more with customers and used small talk. I also wrote their names in kanji and added Arigato as a message. This created a special experience and encouraged repeat visits. As a result, my tipping rate improved a lot, and I started ranking higher. I learned that analyzing problems and making improvements is really important.

④英語で好きなKONAMIの製品を一つあげて、それを紹介してください。

I want to talk about eFootball™. A lot of young people, including myself, were hooked on Winning Eleven, and now eFootball™ is played not just in Japan, but all over the world. What I love about the game is that it gives you a realistic soccer experience, and you can customize your players and teams to create your own unique team. In addition, it’s easy for anyone to jump in and play, so you can connect with people from all over the world through eFootball. With global tournaments happening, I’m strongly sure the game will keep growing and be loved by soccer fans everywhere.
